Ordering

Ready to order?  Simply select your favorite pattern and click on the words “Buy Me Now“.  You will be redirected to my shop at CathyJoandCo.ETSY.com  Indicate the quantity desired, finish shopping and check out.  Once your billing address and shipping address has been entered, the total for the order will appear next to the payment option.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.  You may also use an ETSY gift card, if you have one.

International Orders

We are currently not shipping outside of the United States.  However, please email us using the form under Contact Us.  Be sure to tell us where you would need the item shipped to and we will communicate whether we can ship there or not at this time.

Order Tracking

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).  As soon as the order leaves our Post Office, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Will I get an email after I place an order?  After my order ships?

Yes, you will immediately receive a personal email confirming receipt of your order.  You will also receive an email notifying you that your shipping label has been printed, which means your order is about to ship.  And you will be updated daily of the status of your package on it’s journey to you.

Shipping Time

We pride ourselves on our fast shipping times.  Processing time (processing and packing your order) is one to two days from receipt of your order.  During busy seasons it may take an extra day or two but we will let you know of any delays in your confirmation email.  Most orders are shipped with two business days (excludes the weekend).

Catalog Requests

Do we have a catalog?  We’re sorry but we do not offer a printed catalog, so that we may bring you the very lowest prices possible on our cinches.  Also, because our stock changes so often, it would be hard to keep a current catalog in print.  Our complete collection is also available at CathyJoandCo.ETSY.com
