Please contact us immediately if you are in any way unhappy with your item(s).  We want you to enjoy your purchase!  While we stand by all of the items that we sell, we are willing to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

If you received an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us with 7 days of receiving your order for an even exchange.  After 10 days of the shipping date, all sales are final!

Exchanges are not accepted without an Exchange Authorization! To obtain an Exchange Authorization, please complete the form on the Contact Us page.  Please tell us exactly what the damage is in the comment section of the form.  Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an email notification with the return address and all other relevant instructions.  Please make sure that the exchanged merchandise is unused and unsoiled.

Returns will be handled on an individual basis as the need arises.  After 10 days of the shipping date, all sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs for a return.  Refunds will be given for the purchase price only.
